Loyalty is a character trait that should be indigenous to the church. Yet the atmosphere of loyalty is becoming “rare air” in this world. There are many in the church who practice “bandwagon loyalty.” They are following the fashionable trends and the latest fads of Christianity. In this book, you will see loyalty put on display. It has been written with the hope that you will add loyalty to the contents of your character. There are many who speak the vocabulary of loyalty. There are few who function in the vocation of loyalty. This book exposes the current trend of the “free agent” mentality and the “grass is greener syndrome.”
Paul L. Staack
Pastor Paul gave his life to the Lord in 1980 after spending years on the road playing rock and roll music. Paul started his years of service behind the drums for 12 years. He also spent 8 years visiting residents of nursing homes and taught various Bible studies at church. In 1992, Paul was ordained as a minister of the gospel and in May of 1994, he was invited into full time ministry at Speak the Word Church International.
He led the Teen Camp and the Children’s Camp for 13 years and he developed curriculum and workbooks for the camps. He taught in the Teens and the Children’s church where he developed a unique style of teaching. Paul also wrote the original workbook for the New Members Orientation class based on his passion for people to get connected with and serve in the ministry.
Paul is now an associate pastor who handles general counseling, premarital and marital counseling. He officiates weddings, funerals and preaches to the congregation. Paul’s great desire is to help the body of Christ to grow into maturity to become pillars in the church.
